Hulk Toy | A Superhero that You can Play With
The Incredible Hulk was more popular during my younger years when it was a television series even though there was a movie of it recently released. My brother even had a Hulk toy of his own since he loved the show more than anyone else. Wires were in put inside the stuffed version of the Hulk to keep its body parts in place such as the head, legs and arms. For my brother, this was no ordinary toy and it was his best friend whatever the time of day. You won’t be seeing him going anywhere unless his toy was with him.
Like what the Hulk wore in the series seen on the television, I remembered that this Hulk toy also came with purple pants that were ripped. Although the pants were usually part of the doll, they were soon missing just after he received it for Christmas. This didn’t bother him that much since he has his Hulk toy with him and that was what’s important. He often took it with him to bed and once tried to bring it into the bath as well. Either he was spending endless hours playing with his Hulk toy or he would ask me to join in the fun. Like any other good sister out there, I thought that he was pretty weird but I think this behavior was quite common for a young boy.
Even after my brother drilled a hole into its stomach with his finger, the Hulk toy pretty much lasted for a quite a while. The doll’s value didn’t seem to change a bit for my brother even after he did that which I’m not really sure why he did it in the first place. Although for my little brother it has a purpose, to me it was still a mystery. I am not really sure but it can be an oversized belly button. When I asked my brother recently why he did that, he claimed he did not remember. I am not really sure if I am going to believe him or not but what I’m sure about is that he will never tell me.
There are still some kids today who want to get a Hulk toy of their own after watching the movie even though Hulk was no longer that popular compared to previous versions. There are definitely plenty of good toys out there but I’m sure that there isn’t any like the one my brother had. Although you won’t find one in stores near you, I’m sure you can get to find one online. Visiting sites such as eBay will probably get you more selections of toys that you can imagine. Now go out there and get one!
